Our business is a great choice for your
event or vacation. When you stay with us
you can feel good about knowing we give
back to the environment and the community.
We donate a portion of profits to the Texas
Hill Country Conservancy to prevent land in
Texas from further development.

Sustainable Travel International

In addition, we use environmentally friendly
cleaning supplies, energy star appliances,
recycle and provide a sanctuary for the
wildlife on the property.
Our business was born out of passion for
nature, a desire to develop a business
thoughtfully, and in a way that would leave
the world a better place for current and
future generations, bring enjoyment to
others, as well as educate the community
about sustainable development and tourism.
It has grown from these passions and ideas
into the only eco-friendly retreat of its kind in
the Texas Hill Country. And, we are still
growing!

Strawmanor is an alternative
to a corporate hotel. We are
small, and because of this, we can
give our valued guests more
